Sigma Machine has been a manufacture of aftermarket liquid filling valves for many years. Valves are primarily for the hot-fill beverage industry in production quantities of 20-1500 pieces. Materials used are 303SS, 316SS and 17-4SS. One innovation was to remove the O-ring seal on USB pressure/gravity machines with an interference valve seat design, allowing for more uninterrupted running for high volume products. Other aftermarket parts include, Federal bowl filling valves, H & K counter pressure valves, BC valves and Linker pressure gravity valves.

Our modern CNC 4-axis Mazak lathes allow us to make these components from solid bar stock rather than assembled and welded components, providing greater part to part interchangability and accuracy.
