Sigma Machine has been the the primary manufacture of aftermarket liquid filling valves for FBN Sales in Plainwell, Michigan for over 14 years. Valves are primarily for the hot-fill beverage industry in production quantities of 20-1500 pieces. Materials used are 303SS, 316SS and 17-4SS. One innovation was to remove the O-ring seal on USB pressure/gravity machines with an interference valve seat design, allowing for more uninterrupted running for high volume products. Other aftermarket parts include, Federal bowl filling valves, H & K counter pressure valves, BC valves and Linker pressure gravity valves.

Our modern CNC 4-axis Mazak lathes allow us to make these components from solid bar stock rather than assembled and welded components, providing greater part to part interchangability and accuracy.

Recently, Sigma Machine has added U.S. Bottlers Machinery to our client list.  We are now able to produce these same quality liquid filling valves to meet the needs of their customers.  We are now expanding our focus to other OEMs.
