Sigma Machine is a 10-person production shop specializing in stainless steel machining of medium to small size parts in quantities of 1 to 1500 pieces per run. We have extensive experience in plastic and non-ferrous materials as well. Our engineering group (Keystone Product Development) is staffed with professional engineers possessing many years of experience in medical and power transmission. We also have joint working relationships with mold manufacturing and plastic injection molding companies for a worthwhile mix of resourcefulness and versatility in our huge realm of capabilities.

Sigma has been family-owned since 1955, with an original focus on manufacturing mechanical components for Bausch & Lomb and American Optical microscopes. In 1992 the direction of the company changed from microscope component manufacturing to stainless steel medical and food processing components.
