For many packaging operations, such as those using Multivac machines, die change has been a difficult and time-consuming process. With the design of Sigma's quick change die system, the film forming vacuum dies can be changed be changed much faster and easier due to their lightweight. This die system is currently available for the Multivac vacuum forming machines.
