Meet Our Leadership Team

Yogen Rahangdale, CEO

• Mr. Rahangdale and his partners have led investment in many metals-based manufacturing businesses since 2010, specifically: Whitehall Industries (2010 investment, exited), Empire Die Casting (2013 investment), Kay Manufacturing (2017 investment), Delta Gear (2021 investment).
• Prior to 2010, Mr. Rahangdale was employed at American Axle in a number of roles, including President, Chief Operating Officer, Vice Chairman and Chief Technology Officer.
• Prior to American Axle, Mr. Rahangdale was employed 12 years at Chrysler Corporation.

Inacio Moriguchi, President

• Mr Moriguchi is a partner with Mr. Rahangdale at Sigma Machine and is the lead executive at Kay Manufacturing (St. Joseph, MI) and Diversified Manufacturing and Assembly (Sterling Heights, MI).
• Prior to Kay Manufacturing, Mr. Moriguchi was employed at American Axle in a number of roles, including Vice President of Operations, President of Colfor Manufacturing and Executive Director of Metal Forming Business Unit.
• Also, Mr. Moriguchi acted as President of Stant Corporation from 2013 through 2016.

Doug Marciniak, CFO

• Joined Sigma Machine in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer.  Doug continues to also be the CFO for Kay Manufacturing Company, LLC., which he joined in 2018.
• Prior to Sigma, Doug was President of Anderson Fittings, A Marmon|Berkshire Hathaway Company, for three years. Doug also worked at ITW (Illinois Tool Works, Inc) for 28 years holding several Operational and Financial positions, including Vice President & General Manager, and Division Controller.
• Additionally, Doug has BS and MBA degrees from DePaul University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Juan Arciniega, Vice-President of Sales, Purchasing and SCM

• Currently, Mr Arciniega acts as VP of Sales, Supply Chain and Program Management. Prior to this current role Mr. Arciniega was VP of Manufacturing Operations and started as Director of Quality.
• Prior to Sigma Machine, Mr. Arciniega held various responsibilities at Kaiser Aluminum, including Automotive Business Development Manager, Operations Manager, Extrusion/Die Shop and Fabrication Manager and Technical/Process Manager form 2011-2018
• Additionally, Mr. Arciniega acted as New Product Development Manager, Extrusion Manager, and Technical manager for Hydro Aluminum between 1999-2009.

Amber Felty, Plant Manager

• Joined Sigma Machine in 2014, where she worked tirelessly to learn and be part of every department at Sigma. Since that time, Amber’s held a number of key positions including Quality Manager, Production Supervisor, Production Manager and now Plant Manager.
• Amber’s growth is an inspiration and one that she continues to work hard to ensure she is always going the extra mile to be successful.

 Mike Edick, Engineering Manager

• Joined Sigma in 2026 as the Engineering Manager.
• Prior to Sigma, Mike has over 25 years of Manufacturing and Management experience both in the US and overseas.
• Automotive, mostly specializing in aluminum (extrusion) and plastic parts (interior and under the hood).
• Mike has spent time as a Tool Designer (injection mold and extrusion profile), Program Manager, Lean CI Engineer and other various manufacturing aspects/skillsets.
• Mike achieved his degree while serving in the USMC (Civil Engineering).

Felicia Mares, Human Resource Manager

• Felicia joined Sigma Machine in 2026 leading the Human Resources function and supporting the organization across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits and more.
• Prior to joining Sigma, Felicia held progressive Human Resource leadership roles across manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit and food, partnering with executive and operational effectiveness.
• Felicia brings extensive experience supporting complex, multi-site operations and is recognized for her strategic, people-centered approach to Human Resources, combining strong business acumen with a focus on building effective teams, scalable processes and positive employee experiences.

Brittny Boshoven, Production Manager

• Brittny joined Sigma Machine in 2022 as a Production Supervisor. In 2023, Brittny was promoted to Production Manager.
• Prior to Sigma, Brittny worked for American Axel for 12 years and has 8 years’ experience in management positions across different fields including automotive.
